i woke up in time for me to get ready for the final day of the Occupational First-Aid class. we have the theory and CPR practical test today.

arriving in time but the class have not started. boring.



before we had the theory test , the trainer, Haji Siraj conducted a scenario training. my team had the bigger slice. smiled. why be afraid? there is no right nor wrong. it is just a scenario practical.






everyone seems to understand the importance of the first aid. now everyone is ready for the theory test. it was conducted before lunch.

my planned to go for lunch with Sabery was deter. Sabery have to stay back assisting Haji Siraj to give marking for the theory test but Sabery was not alone. i proceed to have lunch alone. smiled.

went to Beach Road Food Centre and decided to try the Hokkien Mee. not really nice just alright.

for consolation i bought. Crispy Cheese Toast and Crispy Ondeh-Ondeh. yummylicious. this is food. laugh.


went back immediately to St. John Ambulance HQ to sit for the CPR test. we did not start immediately with the test but given ample time to watch children and infant CPR video. very interesting. another class was having their CPR test, therefore we have to wait for our turn.

Sabery informed me that no one failed in our class for the theory test. good.

most of us getting slightly impatient as we wish to finish on time so that we could go home early.
the test was conducted in a group of 8 participant at a time. i was the last 2 person to be tested on the CPR.




as the test ended. we were allowed to go home. early than expected. everyone was happy.

i arrived home and waited for Zerr whom went out for a short walk. feeling tired i have a little rest.

making myself happy by helping myself having Cornetto Ice Cream. yummy!

i was enjoying it until Zerr saw me with the Cornetto.


the original plan was for me to send Zerr home today. last minute changes as Shebawati invited us for dinner at his workplace at M Hotel. buffet dinner tonight, Thai promotion. yes, see you later Shebawati.

Zerr was all excited. The Buffet at M Hotel here we come.

we eat and eat and eat all we want. the seafood selection was wonderful.




now the 'prawning time' smiled.






and ended with my favourite programme. dessert time. i tried every single dessert. aroylicious.

Red Ruby Dessert and Steamed Sweet Tapioca with Grated Coconut.

Sweet Pumpkin Custard with Durian and Sweet Pie.

Tau Suan and Ice Cream.

all are sinfully delicious.

we slowed down while enjoying the rest of the evening before the restaurant close.
